At Smash It Sports, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging, unused, and still has all tags or manufacturer shrink-wrap attached to qualify for a full refund.

• 2.
  Request an RMA

  Log into your account or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your sports gear in its original shipping box, include the RMA slip inside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item within 3-5 business days.
